Processing and Shipping Time

Cupidsock ships 99% of orders in 2-3 days(post-work order) quickly and safely using DHL and efficient Customer Service.

Orders are confirmed by email in 2-3 days, if they are successful in payment by MasterCard, PayPal, Visa.

For the payment transfer, the date of receipt of the same to Cupidsock is valid and after the amount has been credited we will send the product. If this does not happen within 5 working days, we will consider the order null and void. The management of the payment outcome is not performed by us!

Orders are shipped, with prior confirmation via email (where available and indicated by the customer), in 2-3 working days or following the order confirmation.

Shipping Standards

For orders over $49 shipping is free.For orders under $49, international flat rate shipping is $7.

Tariffs, Duties and Taxes

We do not bear any duties or taxes on your order. Any fees (duties, taxes, etc.) collected by the customer during or after the transportation are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority.

Note

DELIVERY WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES: FROM 9:00 TO 18:00, EVERY DAY, NOT HOLIDAYS, FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

That the number of packages and products delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;

That the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered.

Any mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, adding the words “RESERVE OF CONTROL” written on the courier’s document and confirmed.

Immediately notify the Cupidsock Customer Service, by phone or email of the mismatch of packages or products.(if possible, send photos).

Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the characteristics of what has been delivered.

The goods must be checked upon receipt.

Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported immediately to the Cupidsock Customer Service.

Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

In case of non-collection by the Customer of the order, the goods will be held in storage at the warehouses of the express courier for a maximum time. 5 days.

After 5 days the goods will be returned to our warehouses with consequent charge to the Customer of the storage costs.
